Adolygwyd Cylch Gorchwyl pob Pwyllgor yn fanwl a'i drafod yn helaeth. Awgrymwyd rhai newidiadau pellach i bob un, a byddai'r Cadeirydd yn paratoi Cylchoedd Gorchwyl wedi'i ddiweddaru cyn y cyfarfod nesaf.

Consider Committee terms of references:

Terms of Reference for all Committees were reviewed in detail and discussed at length. Some further changes were suggested to each, and the Chair would prepare updated Terms of Reference ahead of the next meeting.

A draft scheme of delegation was circulated and reviewed. Changes were suggested and the Chair would update the document ahead of the next meeting.
