Dosbarthwyd taflen ar gyfer sylwadau a gwybodaeth am ddiwrnodau agored arfaethedig. Roedd syniadau pellach yn cynnwys:

• stondin yn Sgwâr Glyndŵr
• defnyddio fideo a ffotograffau o du mewn yr eglwys (oherwydd mynediad cyhoeddus cyfyngedig)
• Taflen cwestiwn ac ateb i egluro’r rhesymeg y tu ôl i’r pryniant a’r datblygiad
• atgoffa pobl bod y Cyngor Tref wedi achub adeiladau’r eglwys rhag cael eu dymchwel.

Gofynnwyd i’r Cynghorwyr am unrhyw ychwanegiadau i’r rhestr o randdeiliaid a oedd wedi’u dosbarthu cyn y cyfarfod a byddai’r holiadur drafft yn cael ei ddosbarthu i’w gymeradwyo.

A flyer was distributed for comment and information provided on planned open days.  Further ideas included:

• a stand in Sgwâr Glyndŵr
• use of a video and photographs of the inside of the church (due to restricted public access)
• A question and answer type leaflet to explain the reasoning behind the purchase and development
• reminding people that the Town Council had saved the church buildings from demolition.

Councillors were asked for any additions to the stakeholder list that had been circulated prior to the meeting and the draft questionnaire would be circulated for approval.

Roedd taflen wedi’i dosbarthu cyn y cyfarfod. Roedd oedi mewn cyllid grant wedi achosi diffyg ariannol dros dro ac roedden nhw’n gofyn am £4,535.79 i gadw’r gwasanaeth prosesu gwastraff bwyd i fynd.

Teimlwyd bod y gwasanaeth yn werthfawr a PHENDERFYNWYD darparu’r taliad misol o £1511.93 (o’r gyllideb cyllid brys) am dri mis oni bai eu bod yn derbyn y cyllid grant o fewn yr amserlen honno. Manylion am strwythurau staffio, gweithdrefnau ariannol a blaengynllunio i’w darparu.

Roedd pwyntiau trafod y Cynghorwyr yn cynnwys:

• Gwelliannau i gyfathrebu
• Mwy o ddefnydd o’r Gymraeg
• Opsiynau ar gyfer rhannu eiddo
• Manteision cyngor cynllunio busnes

A flyer had been circulated prior to the meeting. A delay in grant funding had caused a temporary funding shortfall and they were requesting £4,535.79 to keep the food waste processing service running.

It was felt that the service was valuable and it was RESOLVED to provide the monthly payment of £1511.93 (from the emergency funding budget) for three months unless they received the grant funding within that timeframe. Details of staffing structures, financial procedures and forward planning to be provided.

Councillor discussion points included:

• Improvements to communication
• Greater use of the Welsh language
• Options for sharing premises
• Benefits of business planning advice

Darparwyd trosolwg o wyliau Machynlleth ac Aberystwyth ac amlinellwyd nodau ac amcanestyniadau twf.

PENDERFYNWYD rhoi £5000 i’r Ŵyl o’r gyllideb Digwyddiadau.

An overview of the Machynlleth and Aberystwyth festivals was provided and aims and growth projections outlined.

It was RESOLVED to give the Festival £5000 from the Events budget.

1. 2: Derbyniwyd ymatebion gan Ben Lake ac Elin Jones yn cefnogi pryderon y Cyngor ynglŷn â’r profion yn y bae. Roedd Ben Lake AS yn ymchwilio i’r mater.

1. 2: Responses had been received from Ben Lake and Elin Jones supporting the Council’s concerns regarding the testing in the bay. Ben Lake MP was looking into the matter.
