NO OBJECTION to:
· the glass roof and changes to the roof line above the quad · use of the dry riser to insert a lift to improve access.
However, the Council has concerns over the loss of the stairwells and the Council requests that their removal be reconsidered. They are of high historic value, are characterful, and would support fire safety.
