Datganodd y Cyng Jeff Smith ddiddordeb a gadawodd y cyfarfod tra cymerodd y Cyng Sienna Lewis y gadair.

 

DIM GWRTHWYNEBIAD. Mae’r Cyngor Tref yn croesawu’r newid i wresogi ffynhonnell aer yn ogystal ag adleoli’r llwyni yn hytrach na’i gwaredu.

 A220631/2 a 39/40: The National Library

 

Cllr Jeff Smith declared an interest and withdrew from the meeting whilst Cllr Sienna Lewis took the chair.

 

The Town Council has NO OBJECTION and welcomes the change to air source heating as well as the relocation, as opposed to removal, of the shrubbery.

The Town Council OBJECTS to the application because of the following:

 

  • The development represents cramming and overdevelopment of the site with too many flats
  • There is no waste storage provision
  • There is no bike storage provision
  • Size of rooms do not conform to the aims of the Wellbeing and Future Generations Act
  • There is no green space

 

The units should not be used as holiday lets and should meet the 20% Affordable Housing requirement

The Town Council has NO OBJECTION and welcomes the planting of pollinators to compensate for loss of green space.

The Town Council has NO OBJECTION as long as signage is bilingual where applicable and is not internally illuminated

 

  
6 Gohebiaeth:  

 

Adroddodd y cynghorwyr fod tŷ ym Mhen y Graig yn torri amodau cynllunio – roedd ffenestr heb ei chuddio. PENDERFYNWYD y dylid cysylltu gyda’r Adran Gynllunio.

 Correspondence:  

 

 

Councillors reported that a property in Pen y Graig was in breach of planning conditions – a window had not been obscured. It was RESOLVED that this should be reported to the Planning Department.
