Darparwyd adroddiad ar y tendrau a’r contract gan y Rheolwr Prosiect. PENDERFYNWYD yn unfrydol dyfarnu’r contract i’r contractwr lleol a oedd yn cynrychioli y gwerth gorau.
Byddai cyfraniad cynghorwyr ym mhenderfyniadau dyddiol y prosiect yn cael ei drafod yng nghyfarfod nesaf y Cyngor Llawn.

Consider tenders for the refurbishment of Neuadd Gwenfrewi
A report on the tenders and contract was provided by the Project Manager. It was RESOLVED unanimously to award the contract to the local contractor who represented best value.
Councillor involvement in the day to day decision making on the project would be discussed at the next meeting of Full Council.
