Gadawodd un aelod o’r cyhoedd am nad oedd am ddefnyddio’r offer cyfieithu.

Dosbarthwyd ymatebion drafft i’r ymgynghoriadau, a baratowyd gan y Cyng. Dylan Lewis-Rowlands a Maldwyn Pryse. PENDERFYNWYD ymateb i’r ymgynghoriad, gan ddefnyddio’r ddau ymateb drafft wedi’u cyfuno.

One member of the public left the meeting as they did not wish to use the translation equipment.

Draft responses to the consultations, prepared by Cllrs. Dylan Lewis-Rowlands and Maldwyn Pryse were circulated. It was RESOLVED to respond to the consultation, using both draft responses merged together.

Roedd ymateb drafft, i gefnogi system Pleidlais Sengl Drosglwyddadwy, wedi’i baratoi gan y Cyng. Dylan Lewis-Rowlands. PENDERFYNWYD cymeradwyo’r ymateb drafft, gydag ychwanegiad i nodi siom ynghylch safon yr ymgynghoriad. Byddai’r ymateb yn cael ei gyflwyno i Gyngor Sir Ceredigion, drwy eu holiadur ar-lein a llythyr ar wahân.

A draft response, in support of a Single Transferable Vote system, had been prepared by Cllr. Dylan Lewis-Rowlands. It was RESOLVED to approve the draft response, with an addition to note disappointment at the conduct of the consultation. The response would be submitted to Ceredigion County Council, both through their online questonnaire and a separate letter.
